Some gals get intimidated when they hit day 10 of the on-ramp program due to the weightlifting component of our program. Last night Rhonda and Alyson completed #10 which consists of the barbell complex.They enjoyed it, wonder how they're feeling today?
Today we are all doing the complex and the heaviest female weight so far belongs to Nicolette, Michelle H. and Rachael at 83#. Wonder what the rest can pull off?
The real reason for this early post is a link I ran across on Facebook. I don't know anything about the author of the article. I know a little about the Facebook friend who linked it, but found this interesting and thought it was worth passing along: article.
