Today’s on shift workout at station 1 with Zac consisted of:
5 Rounds of
20 65lb thrusters
20 16kg snatches (10R/10L)
As with many of these workouts they don’t sound or look too hard but sure can tax a guy or gal for that matter. The very cool thing is that in 35 minutes we can get an excellent workout and never have to leave the station. Once again thanks to East Fork Admin. for the great equipment and the opportunity to keep fit.
