…for another workout at CrossFit Carson Valley. On this chilly Sunday morning we opened up the garage door for swings and active rest as pictured below. We were looking for somewhere between 5 and 7 rounds in the 12 minutes, 3 of which had to consist of the asterisked active rest movements. The remaining four could be any of the listed moves.
Following the workout I had another suprise for the trio, we did Tabata squats.
After the fun was over and the post workout discussion was under way, Rob became the first paying member of the affiliate by presenting me with a month’s membership fees. For me this was a pivotal event because it means someone besides me knows this can work. I truly appreciate the confidence and vow to do everything in my power to make this a productive relationship for members and CrossFit Carson Valley.
