Sorry for the lack of posts but I've been dealing with my version of pms for the last few days.
I also apologize for the flaky schedule this upcoming week. I've got a couple of extra shifts I have to work and Rachael is enjoying a needed trip away from our clime. Be sure to check the blog schedule and know that 6am classes will be the hardest hit.

These numbers represent total reps. I realize that some folks have not committed to the challenge but just the the white board, I figured it appropriate to post all numbers. Although there were 3 different levels, folks elected or were placed in levels appropriately from my perspective. Remember it is the final ranking of the difference from the initial and last workout that determines an individual's performance for this metric. Over the next few weeks not only will our workouts reflect focus on these movements but I will post some strategies for improvement in the movements themselves.
