It was a large crew at station 1 for the workout of the day. All the station 14 crew, Tracy, John, Paul, Aaron, Jeff, Zac and I started at the different exercise stations ala fight gone bad style. We then performed the 6 rounds alternating from R to L etc. for 3 rounds per side. The 10 sec. between exercises was a rest of kinds but was really to facilitate moving from one station to another. All in all it was a fun and challenging workout. The station 7 crew also did the same workout at roughly the same time.
Tomorrow is officially a rest day for me and CFCV as Ethan and I are going to go practice our motocross skills at Fernley, accompanied by our athletic supporter Penny.
