With Nicole's help CFCV had classes for the past 5 days consecutively. With Claudia covering tomorrow, that'll make it 6 in a row. It's been quite awhile since we were able to pull this off. I believe it to be a good thing as it gives the members some flexibility with their schedule.
The week was not only long but pretty hard. We did some tough workouts but the bright side is that most of us some much needed pratice in hard but essential movements.
This week also saw the addition of a few members to the "family". Kathy U. finished her foundations series early in the week and participated in a couple of scheduled workouts. I would love to see her comments on the experience on this blog.
Cole started his foundations series today and did a great job.
Janeen and Jared took in a noon class today and she participated in a couple of other classes this week. As did Caleb. It's nice to have them back.
The Kids program suffered a set back with the beginning of flag football. The majority of the program participants are playing football and may not return until the season is over. It would be interesting to know if our program has helped in their conditioning. Regretfully I will suspend the kids program until we can muster more than 2 per class. This decision will be made in the coming week depending on input from the parents.
I'm not certain what happened to the Dutch challenges. When he responded to the stats from last month he indicated he thought we were the only affiliate that was still participating. If that's the case, we'll do our own in October for member bragging rights.
I certainly hope the majority if not all of you are following some of the other blogs I have mentioned in the past. There is always good stuff on a number of them.
Don't want to cover every topic tonight so I will have more tomorrow.
