Claudia and Shalene were over today. Claudia was making up for the "Helen" workout she missed a couple of weeks ago. She posted an 11:04 swinging the 16kg for two rounds and the 12 for one. She also subbed ring rows for pull ups. Then Shalene and I performed the AOS Elevation workout with 2 sets per round and approx. 30 seconds rest between rounds. Great workout for practicing kettlebell basic moves.
Then it was Caleb’s turn. He too did 2 set rounds of Elevation.
