Back in the gym after two wonderful days back on the job. I trust the girls treated you right in my absence. Same old story, time gets away from me and I don't get around to posting on the blog-sorry.
Last week ended with a goodie-Fran on Thursday. It was nice to see the prs and especially the willingness of folks to reduce the weight and perform the wod within the time frame intended.
The plan for this Saturday is to have open gym at 9:00 and follow up with the challenge pics and discussion immediately following. I'm thinking probably a start time of 10-10:30 for the challenge stuff and hope to be done with all of it by 12:00.
The Tough Mudder is approaching fast and we need to start training. I don't think we need to do much in the area of training for obstacles but we do need to start working on endurance especially in the hills. Kara has mentioned this to me several times so it's time to act…Next Thursday the 14th following the 6am class I propose that we meet at the Faye Luther trail head and we'll climb running, walking or scratching our way. Let me know who's in. If it's a popular event maybe we'll start doing it regularly on Sundays and once mid-week. If we can't do it together, everyone should start getting it in individually.
