I have had comments both good and bad about the path we are taking in our training at CFCV. There are those that believe the "left side" programming is too easy. I think that it is very important to realize that if you cannot perform the movements on the "right side" as prescribed, you need skill and/or strength improvements to realize any benefit and reduce the possibility of injury.
