Today's workouts all revolved around the kettlebell workout Firepower. We have been working on alot of different metcons, strength work and skills in the past weeks and a return to kettlebells was in order. Although everyone at CFCV has been exposed to kb's in the past, some of the newer members have not had the opportunity to do some of the more challenging and fun movements. Today that changed for everyone as both levels did the same workout. Of course the level I class had more rest and transition time built in, but I think everyone got the point. Kettlebells and other odd shaped implements work areas that just aren't worked by traditional implements and bodyweight moves.
