Yesterday's workout was borrowed from CrossFit Santa Cruz Central and incorporated cascading back squats equaling 455 in total over 30 minutes. Denny and possibly Adrienne are the only ones who made it through the entire workout wit a bar and Denny the only one with the bar he started with. Several people made it the entire 30 mins., some with smaller bars, pvc or converting to air squats late in the game. Whatever the case, everyone busted their butts and it was an impressive show by:
