CFCV has instituted an On-Ramp program as the entry point to regular classes. Each new member will be required to attend all 12 sessions of the program before being eligible to attend regular classes. The On-Ramp program offers instruction in the majority of movements used in CFCV programming. The movements are introduced and when the participant becomes consistent at performing them appropriately, intensity is added. These sessions are generally begun each month and last 4 weeks.
The only way into our program is through the On-Ramp program or demonstration of competency in the movements .
