Swings and active rest day at CFCV. First up were Shalene and Claudia who performed 6 rounds of 20 swings and active rest consisting of push ups, kicks, tire flips, wall ball, ghd sit ups, and squats between the rounds.
Janeen was also here at the same time for her first workout with the girls of CFCV. Although she was slated for only 3 rounds of 20 swings with active rest, she braved 6 consisting of squats, dumbbell thrusters, ghd sit ups, rowing, box steps and ring rows.
Seth came by later and did the same workout as Shalene and Claudia.
